Restless Leg Syndrome?!?!?
So, for the last three nights I have been very uncomfortable sleeping. I've had this indecsribable feeling in my legs making me just want to continually change positions and stretch. I kicked the poor cat a couple of times. Now I'm getting it at work this afternoon and it's driving me nuts. So I look online, and boom, there it is: restless legs syndrome can be caused by pregnancy. That's something I never thought I'd have to deal with!
Anyone have any suggestions for relieving that "feeling"?

I get it only in the evenings and I wish there was some help I could give. They drive me nuts! I have them when I am very tired so its really annoying.
Anyone have any ideas???

Re: Restless Leg Syndrome?!?!?
I have had this problem. Try taking calcium in the evening also try pottasium suplements. I did this and it seems to have worked.
