Restless sleep
I'm very newly preggo (almost 5 weeks), and have been having the most restless sleep at night! I am up every few hours. When does the exhaustion kick in, when people say they can sleep for hours???

Re: Restless sleep
By 7 weeks I slept all the time! I was so exhausted until about 12 weeks.

Re: Restless sleep
38+ weeks and I get up every 2 hours to pee- hate to tell you but for me, sleeping had been difficult throughout the whole pregnancy.

Re: Restless sleep
Could it be excitement? I know for me that I was just so excited when I found out I was pregnant.....once you get a little further along and you start putting on the weight, etc., I think it will be easier for you to sleep.

Re: Restless sleep
I wasn't exhausted until about 10 weeks and it only lasted for about 2, maybe 3, weeks and that was it. Once I hit 13 weeks I was like my old self again...very peppy!

ITA, I was so excited in the very beginning that I wasn't sleeping that well because I was making "plans" !
