Resturant recommendations....
going out to dinner on Sat. night for a friend's b-day..need some suggestions please! It can be in nassau, suffolk , queens whatever! Also some place where I can get something semi healthy-I am on WW and I don't want to cheat!

Union Station in Smithtown is awesome...healthy? It's OK...you won't find very light food! You can have something light and delicious at Maria's (spanish) in Nesconset. I love the salads.

I love the Mill Pond House. You can eat Al Fresco and they have lots of fresh seafood.

Applebees has a WW menu.
All other restaurants we love aren't "healthy"
Captain Bills in Babylon has great seafood which I guess could be considered semi healthy.
