Resume Question...
This may be an odd question, but i'm updating my resume.. and i've decided that I don't like the way it looks while working on it and viewing it in Word. I do however, like it once it's printed (the formatting and what not).
How many people do you think actually print resume's to look at them? I know when i'm looking to hire someone new I usually just view in Word, and if I saw my resume come in, I'm not sure I would like it...
What do you think? Should I re-format the entire thing? I'm leaving towards yes..

Re: Resume Question...
I would suggest changing it around.
Some people might not print it and only look at it in word.

NP. I didnt use a template. Just typed it in word and moved the lines that I wanted I found that easier.

Re: Resume Question...
Ok, another questions...
Does anyone know how to remove the columns in a template but keep the text spacing?
