Retracting a bid on Ebay HELP!
I need to retract a bid. I was bidding on a Sun cabana tent for the beach for my family because One Step Ahaead was out of them. My mom just called to tell me she ordered one last week form them and it will be here on tuesday.
this auction ends in 2 hours. Is it bad to retract? I feel horrible!

go to the help section in ebay- and make sure you have the item number
or you can ask the seller to cancel the bid on there end
it might be too late for you to do it- but the seller can

Honestly it is kind of bad. I sell a lot on ebay and once you click to comfirm your bid that is your committment. If that bid ends the seller will be charged a final value fee based on what you bid and they pay that regardless.
I see your point of view, but think of the seller, too.
