Retrieval was yesterday
Hi ladies, I know I don't post very often but wanted to share. Retrieval was yesterday. They got 18 eggs, out of those 12 matured and 9 fertilized. I'm expected to go back Saturday for a day 3 single embryo transfer. I can use a lot of prayers! I had my heart set on a day 5 transfer and was a little shocked when I heard day 3.... Please send positive vibes for me!! Also I feel and look like I'm 6 months Preggo! My last fresh cycle I don't remember feeling or looking like this... Is this normal? Feeling crampy

have cramps and feeling sore is normal, if you look that big after the ER perhaps you are a bit hyper stimm (if your only feeling it since the ER) if not the meds can make you feel that way, bloated

9 is a great number!!! As the poster above stated if you look that big and feel that uncomfortable you could have overstimulated. If it doesn't subside definitely mention it to your RE prior to transfer. I felt the same way on my 2 fresh cycles but being the scale didn't change from my weight prior to retrieval they thought I was fine. I still believe I overstimulated but who knows.

9 seems like a good number to me.
Bloating and soreness accompanied all 3 rounds of IVF for me, but I'm pretty sure I had a mild case of OHSS each time.

oh good to hear!!! Thanks so much ladies. Well my pants fit today (the same ones i couldn't get up yesterday) so that's a good sign! I feel full and can barely eat so I'm definitely still bloated but weight has been consistent so I don't know what's going on. Also the bloat is mostly by my abs not lower stomach area...?

I was very bloated as well..totally normal.
I had a 3 day transfer as well and I just found out I am prego! Don't stress!!!

I had a 3 day transfer scheduled but it was pushed to day 5, but that cycle was negative. I got pregnant on my freeze.
