Rewarding yourself for reaching goals
do you treat yourself when you reach a goal? dh gave me money today for hitting my first one month at goal. he said go and get your nails done. i'm getting my nails done and eyebrows waxed

After losing all the weight I had no choice but to buy all new clothes! That was definatly a nice reward!

New clothes will be my reward. Right now I don't really like to shop so it will be very exciting to buy and try on all new clothes again
