rewards

i'm trying to break a bad habit and replace it with a good one.

i want to try a technique i recently learned about, but i can't think of the small reward that will help trigger it.

can you share anything that might come to mind in the realm of small non-food rewards for an adult. yes, yes, Pavlov would be so proud of me.

A manicure or pedicure
An item of clothing that isn't too expensive. (new dress, new top, but from someplace like Target or Amazon so you aren't breaking the bank)
A decortive item you've been eyeing for your home
