RHOBH Yolanda and David Foster divorcing
“Sadly we have decided to go our separate ways,” the couple told People in a statement. “We’ve shared 9 beautiful and joyous years together. During that time we experienced love, friendship and the inevitable challenges that come with managing a marriage, careers, blended families and health issues.”
They continued, “We are grateful for the years we’ve spent together and believe wholeheartedly that we did our best. I hope that we can pave the road ahead of us with all we’ve learned and with the love and respect we will always have for one another.”
This is the fourth failed marriage for David, who has five daughters, and the second for Yolanda, who shares three children — Gigi, 20, Bella, 19 and Anwar, 16 — with her ex-husband Mohamed Hadid.
A month ago, Yolanda snapped a photo of herself and David celebrating his birthday at a Lakers game.
The couple wed in 2011. “Tonight, I’m the luckiest man on the planet,” David told his bride on their big day.
Yolanda’s rep did not immediately return a request for comment.

Interesting that RHOBH premieres tonight and this was released today...
I find that a little odd as well. Wonder if the study will unfold this season.
Side note- what do you guys think about Yolanda showing up to the party all sick looking?

I think Yolanda illness is strange and contributed to the demise of her marriage. I also think that all these alternative treatments are strange and maybe causing her problems.

I agree. It was weird she showed up so sick, but I get her wanting to support her friend for her birthday.
The alternative treatments are weird and her illness is a big part of the story line this season. I think the other wives question a lot of it. If it's more, etc etc

I'm really not surprised about the divorce. I think David's love is his music. Yolanda did EVERYTHING for him. Catered to him so much. And when she got sick, she prob couldn't keep up the way she did, and that was the beginning of the end.

I feel horrible for her. David Foster can write some great songs about love, but maybe cannot follow through on what love is.
Shame on the other ladies for making comments about Yolanda's appearance. Yolanda looks 100% better with no makeup then any of them do with a full face of it. Horrible to kick someone when they are down.
I had bought some of Lisa Vanderpumps houseware
 but never again she can scratch.

I wanted to punch Ken. i thought she looked good without makeup. None of them would ever appear on tv without makeup.

I am so sad to hear this, I really hope it wasn't her illness that caused them to divorce. Through sickness and in health right? Feel so bad for her and I hope she finds peace.

I am so sad to hear this, I really hope it wasn't her illness that caused them to divorce. Through sickness and in health right? Feel so bad for her and I hope she finds peace.
My Rheumatologist said that many of his patients are divorced. Chronic illness increases the divorce rate :(

I was so mad at him. He was really harping on her looks. Didn't someone call him a nasty old man before? Probably Kim, and she was right!

I watched it last night and honestly I didn't think she looked that bad at Lisa's party. I don't know why they were all harping on it. I mean, she could've dressed a little nicer, but she looked ok.

What is strange about her illness? She has chronic Lymes disease. If you know anything about it, it can be completely debilitating and life changing. The alternative treatment she is currently undergoing, i personally know people undergoing the same treatment for Lymes. My children have undergone this same treatment (LDI) for food allergies. The is not a cake walk. None of the treatments are, and believe me, I've researched them all when my 3yo contracted Lymes this summer. The treatment is NOT the cause of her problems, the bacteria that infected her is causing the problems in her body. Please have a little empathy going forward with people with chronic debilitating conditions. I doubt you would say insensitive comments about someone with cancer, or in a wheelchair.
