Rice ball casserole reheating
So I made it for the 1st time last night....and WOW, YUM!! I have a ton leftover, so I put some in a container to eat later this week and the rest in a container in the freezer. How does it reheat best?

I heated up small portions in the microwave. The large portions that I froze I put in the oven to heat b/c I froze them after I assembled them.....never cooked them.

Re: Rice ball casserole reheating
I just reheated each portion in the microwave. I have to say I didn't love this out of the freezer nearly as much as when it was fresh. It might be good to serve it with a little side of sauce or something to make it better the second time around.
