i wouldn't keep it more than a week
there should be an expiration date on the bottom

yeah, I got a week time limit on things in the fridge that do not have an expiration date on them.

i opened last week. i thought once u open it it doesn't stay as fresh.

I would say about 10 days. Just taste it. If it's bad, you'll know it. Ricotta lasts a little longer opened than some other things.
