Ripped Jeans
All I see in stores are ripped jeans. While I have a few that slightly have the rips in them, I tried on a pair that fit me perfect, but not sure if I need another pair. Do you all have any of these jeans and if so, do you have more than one pair?

Ripped Jeans
I'm personally not a fan. I have one pair that has a few slight tears in them, but the real ripped jeans I won't buy. Wasn't a fan as a kid in the 80's and still not a fan in my 30's!

I have two pairs. American Eagle baggy/rolled up ones that I live in on the weekends. And a pair of gap girlfriend ones.

Re: Ripped Jeans
Jeans that are well-worn in and rip on their own are great.
Ones that are pre-torn for purchase are so obvious. I don't like them at all.

Re: Ripped Jeans
I don't mind either way, but I feel like everyone is wearing them now.
I have to laugh when I see a group of women get together for dinner and they all have on off the shoulder/cold shoulder tops and all have on ripped jeans. It's like the all showed up in the same outfit
It's like nobody can think for themselves

LOL, yes this! The one pair that I have is "naturally "ripped, guess that's why it doesn't bother me to wear them. Why would you ever spend money on ripped clothing is beyond me!

I have to say in (some) of their defense - that's all that's out there!!! I have been shopping probably every other week. Malls, shopping centers, here and NJ. Nothing but cold shoulder tops and ripped jeans. I have been living in the same 4 things all summer hahahahahah.
To answer the OP - I have 1 pair of ripped jeans. Not overly ripped. Got from. NY&co boyfriend jeans w a few rips. I don't see the need for more than 1 pair of those

Re: Ripped Jeans
What annoys me most is that for some reason the only jeans I can find that AREN"T ripped are dark denim. I have enough dark denim, I want some lighter washes. Not super light but more of a medium to light wash. For some reason that color is always ripped to shreds I actually complained on the NY and Co FB page because the jeans that I love from there- the Soho skinny jeans- they fit me great, and they only come in 3 shades of dark wash. The light ones are all torn up. It's very annoying.
I don't wear ripped jeans. Not my thing at all I also stopped wearing cold shoulder shirts. I dont' want to look like a 40 year old that is trying to hard and I feel like that has become the uniform of that.
I honestly can't wait for these 2 trends to go away. Can't wait!

I have 1 pair of ripped capris. They are Jennifer Lopez ones, and like them. That is all I have. I agree NervousNell....I cant stand that cold shoulder top look.

Ha. I have a few pairs but the rips get bigger because I constantly put my foot thru the knee.
I'm not meant for trendy clothes

Re: Ripped Jeans
I just saw these on the FB page of a botique I follow and thought of this thread. I mean- really? I'm sorry but this looks just stupid. It looks like she lost in a fight with a piece of farm machinery. And wouldn't you be freezing in the winter wearing this? Why not just wear denim shorts at this point?

I actually think this looks really cool (on her, not me though, I am not cool enough to pull those off).
