RIVERHEAD BAY MOTORS VW SERVICE DEPT...
SUCKS AZZ!!!!!!
I am SO fed up with the service dept there. I advise ANYone who is even REMOTELY thinking of buying a car from Riverhead Bay Motors GO SOMEwhere ELSE!!!
EVERY single time I bring my car in for something I have to drive an HOUR to get there. I make AN APPOINTMENT for 8 AM this morning. I leave at 7 AM...pack up my DD and have my father follow me so I have a ride home.
I call them just now...3PM...THE CAR HAS NOT EVEN GONE IN YET!!!!  
WHy do I bother making an appointment???? I ripped the guy a new azzhole that's for sure. I REFUSE to EVER go back there. They do this to me EVERY single time I bring my car in. They have absolutely NO customer service...they inconvenience their customers....they are NOT the nicest people and I think they just all around...
SUCK!

Next time, I would call another dealership and see if they can take you instead. I have done this a couple of different times.
One cause I had a VERY bad experience at a dealership and the other was because I moved.
