rocking horse ranch
has anyone been? we are thinking of booking a trip. any advice/feedback(positive or negative) is greatly appreciated
eta: do you think its suitable for a 2.5 yr old?

i can't give you much about it now, but i remember going when i was a kid. i think i was 8 or 9, which means my sister was 3 or 4. she had a great time and wasn't as scared of the horses - like i was!! LOL...there are plenty of things to do there

I also can't say anything about it now, but I went every year as a kid, I think I was probably 2 when my family started going. I loved it!

we went but in the winter so i can't comment on the summer, but the rooms are nice the food is excellent. they built a section off the indoor pool that is for kids great for the 2.5 year old. they do have babysitting/child care area. and pony rides for the kids. The trail rides are for 6 and up.
Zoom flume is also a fun summer get away in the same area. It has a hotel attached to the water park.
