Roller Skating...
Anyone know where one could still go to do this???
We just watched a movie called Roll Bounce and it got me in the mood.

I can't beleive how much time we used to spend in commack, first the flea market,then skating, and finish the night at the candellight diner.

One of my friends worked there in high school, he was the Skate-a-saurus. I had completely forgotten about that until this post!
When DH wakes up I am going to tell him I want to go roller skating. He'll think I'm nuts!

They have an adult session on Monday nights. I was going there pretty regularly about a year or so ago It's awesome exercise and they play alot of old school tunes

my cousin just had a birthday party at United Skates - it still looks exactly the same (exceptthey took those things out of the middle we used to dance on).
FH and I had a better time than the kids, lol.

OMG My friends and I did the same thing, like every weekend! Sometimes we did Taco Bell though We lived for it
