Rolling onto side in crib
DD was 3 months yesterday. Today I noticed she rolled onto her side for a nap. I am assuming this is a normal developmental milestone, but my question is, how do I not stress that she will roll on her stomach and not be able to breathe??
I checked in on her 10 times in 25 min!!!

If she gets there on her own then she's ready to be there. Ryan rolled belly to back 12wks, back to belly 13wks - he's been sleeping on his stomach ever since (we still put him in on his back and he gets to the position he wants to be in).

She hasn't done that yet and she is 13 weeks. Should I be concerned that she hasn't rolled over yet? She has only done the side thing today..

Not at all! Every baby is different. According to my MD, most roll back to belly 5-6 months. But, obviously some earlier, some later - all in their own time!

Re: Rolling onto side in crib
DD started sleeping on her side at about the same time..now she sleeps on her stomach. I was so nervous the first night, I even posted on here! But, she is ready to do it and sleeps so comfy now.
