Rolling over...
Ok so RJ has rolled from belly to back, as well as back to belly.... maybe a total of 4 times...Me and my mom are the only ones whove seen it (I feel so bad for DH, he really wants to see it)
Is this normal, that he'd just do it a few times, and then just stop???

Re: Rolling over...
Jared never really rolled over that much either....however, this morning I found Jared on his belly in his crib.

Re: Rolling over...
Emily hasn't done it CONSTANTLY either. I'd say it's about 15-20 times belly to back and a whopping 3 times back to belly. She never seems to do it when I want her to!!!

The 1/2 roll is Ryans specialty

Re: Rolling over...
Sarah would roll both ways in her sleep mainly until she really started trying to crawl. Then you couldn't get her to lie on her back when she was awake.

He's done it but has no interest in doing it often. He just wants to stand.

Re: Rolling over...
Totally normal. Once kids learn something, they move on to the next and will come back to it later. Infants make the worse "performers."

Re: Rolling over...
Wait until he figures out that rolling can actually GET him somewhere...then you won't be able to stop the rolling! It totally normal that he's like "eh, I'm bored with this" ...for now.
Jake rolls all over the place now. I even had him roll over in my arms while I was bathing him!! I didn't even think that was possible!

Re: Rolling over...
At 3 months old Kevin rolled over a couple times both ways and stopped. After that he would only go to his sides. At the end of his 4th mo he started non stop back to belly and late 5th mo belly to back and then became a non stop roller - he would roll right out of rooms. It was weird how he started and stopped but then took off later on!
