their poor baby....
It would be better off for her if they did lose custody.
If she grows up with these 2 she will be screwed up for life sadly

This is so sad, especially for the daughter who is like always in the middle of this. It is so unhealthy and toxic and disgusting and embarrassing at this point. They can't even make this about sobriety or not because they both have serious issues beyond that. I bet Sammi is so happy she broke free.

I can't say that I feel bad for him. Everyone in his life was telling him to break up with Jen for the longest time and he refused to listen. They are toxic together. Looks like he reverted back to drugs because he looked high in those pics/videos of him on the stretcher. I feel bad for their daughter.

It's funny too because on the last episode of Jersey Shore- the one that aired the night before this incident- he was telling everyone how he was done with Jen, how she was toxic to him, how she wasn't good for his sobriety and sanity etc.
And he seemed so level headed and normal at the time that was filmed.
Then I watch it on the DVR the same day as this was all over TMZ and I was shaking my head that he went back to her and the irony of how everything he was saying was so true and spot on and yet he still allowed it to happen again.

It's funny too because on the last episode of Jersey Shore- the one that aired the night before this incident- he was telling everyone how he was done with Jen, how she was toxic to him, how she wasn't good for his sobriety and sanity etc.
And he seemed so level headed and normal at the time that was filmed.
Then I watch it on the DVR the same day as this was all over TMZ and I was shaking my head that he went back to her and the irony of how everything he was saying was so true and spot on and yet he still allowed it to happen again.
That's how abusive relationships stand the test of time. Two people who have no self-worth think that the other *ucked up person in the relationship is the best they can do. This won't be the last time we see these two morons on TMZ... that poor, poor baby girl.
Side note, when I saw the news story I heard Pauly D in my head, "I love me some TMZ this time'a year!"
