room darkening blinds

who has these in the nursery? any particular brand that is better than another? how expensive was it?

i think that hannah's room is too light during the day when i put her down for a nap.

we have them for our nursery although samantha still sleeps in our room right now in the bassinett...we got them at jcpenny and they are bali - they really are amazing and darken the whole room - but they are pretty $$$, depending on the size of your window (or windows) - we got the cordless ones too, which added to the price!

We got ours at Lowe's. I don't remember what brand they are. They ran about $50 per window.

I have black blinds and bought room darkening drapes at bed bath and beyond.

we got the darkening panels at pottery barn kids and they are pretty good.

We have the blockout shades from Smith and Noble. They work pretty well. Chat Icon

I have a black out roller blind AND black out curtains...yet the kid sleeps with a nightlight...

Anyway, it kept the room dark. I would suggest having both to make the room even darker...
