Room Size - Is this big enough?

I had our room sizes emailed to us today and let me know what you think if they are decent

MBR - 14' x 11' 6"
2nd BR - 14' x 11' 6"
Living room - 17' 3" x 12' 4"
Kitchen 11' 6" x 8'
Diningroom 11'7 x 8'

We are intending on turning the Livingroom into a Diningroom (we have an additional LR on the 1st floor) and turning the Dining room into an office/future nursery... do you think its decent sized enough to do so?

sounds like decent sizes to me. I don't think that would be a small DR. You should be able to fit a table, chairs and sideboard or hutch. The room is longer then wider, but it seem like a good size room. GL!
