Round ligament(hip) pain cures?

Ive been having awful round ligament pains. My dr. suggested that I get the pregnancy pillow and wear the pregnancy belt. Has anyone found this, or anything else to be helfpul? She also told me to get a donut pillow to sit on at work. The pain is mainly in my hip, but runs down my butt also. It used to come and go quickly, but now its lasting throughout the day and making it hard for me to sleep.

the pillow seemed to help me from what I remember. however I do remember the pain lasting well after my DD was born. hang in there. I would do what the dr. suggests.
