Rowing Machine or Air Walker?
Air Walker
or
Rowing Machine
Which would be better. I have a very small apartment and want to buy something to work out on.
Thanks!

Re: Rowing Machine or Air Walker?
ooh that's tough.. they both look like good machines. I think the rowing machine might be better for both toning & cardio whereas the air walker looks like it's more just for cardio.. I could be wrong though.
Also consider which looks more enjoyable to you, which you can see yourself working out on most days without getting bored of it. I've bought so many workout machines that are gathering dust right now! just something to think about.

Thanks! I have terrible posture so I feel like I might hurt my back with the rowing machine? I wonder if I could go somewhere to try these out first

Re: Rowing Machine or Air Walker?
I think you would get a better workout with the rowing machine BUT you might be more likely to hope on the air walker (you could easily do that while watching tv).
So basically I am no help
ETS: I voted rowing machine because that is what I would get for myself personally if I was choosing.

I chose Air Machine because I think it would be more fun, so you'd be more likely to use it...

Re: Rowing Machine or Air Walker?
I say "air walker." I could easily spend an hour on that thing in front of the TV, and get an hour of cardio in. The rowing machine is a GREAT workout, but if you're not too fit in the beginning, you'd spend what, 5 minutes on it before you got tired?
Now I'm thinking I want that air walker for myself. I'm such a baby about going out running when it's cold, and I live in a 2nd floor apartment so I can't get a treadmill.

exactly my issue! i need something quiet bc we are in the attic. Once it gets mild out I walk - but I have gotten lazy with the cold weather
Every time I look the poll is tied, LOL BUT I am leaning towards the air walker
Thanks everyone for your opinions
