RSOfNY Patients - HSG and clomid questions
Patients of RSOfNY, where did you have your HSG done?
Did you get a prescription or some kind of paperwork from the doctor, or a referral on where to go?
If you took clomid, where did you get it? (regular pharmacy?)
I called to schedule mine today and was told to go to a radiologist, any one, without any type of paperwork or prescription. This doesn't sound right to me. I'll be there Monday so I will ask again in person.

I go to the Stony Brook office...and my Dr. did the HSG at Stony Brook Hospital himself. They booked the appt. and all...
As for clomid..never took it...so I can't help you there. good luck!

I am a former RSOFNY patient 
My HSG was done at BAB radiolology, it was quite some time ago so I don't recall if I had a script but I would assume I either had something or maybe it was called in by the doctor 
As for my Clomid, I got it at Rite Aid most of the time...If they were out, I got it from Stony Brook pharmacy (in the same complex as the Stont Brook office)

Former RSofNY patient....they gave me a folder with the name of a radiology place near my house and directions on what to do. As for the clomid, you can fill it at any pharmacy. HTH

Not a RSofNY pt...
But you DO need a script to get an HSG done: it's the 1st thing they will you ask you for.
I did mine at my community hospital (which has a radiology dept). It's just closer to my home than a radiology center.
Clomid should be available at any pharmacy...it's Ovidrel that they have to order...even that will come in in a day or two from any pharmacy.

I did the HSG with my Ob/Gyn and I had a referral.
I get the Clomid from Walgreens.

I'm an RSofNY patient and I go to the West Islip office. They should have given you a folder with all the info you need for the HSG. If they haven't given it to you, ask for it. If you go to West Islip they refer you to Zilkha Radiology on Montauk Highway. As for the Clomid, I got it filled in a regular pharmacy.
