Do they offer any kind of guarantee with regards to their techniques working? Can you give me a rundown on their approach or website I can reference?
ETA: Thank you for answering my OP.

Isn't it amazing! So glad it worked for Rudy! Just a suggestion: make sure you keep up with everything they say. We didn't keep up the leash training and Denver is still a PIA to walk. But their tips and positive reinforcement work amazingly well. Keep us posted
Oh, and when they left, Denver slept for the rest of the day

Re: Rudy's Doggie therapist just left
Here is their Website
http://barkbusters.com/
They have a lifetime guarantee. So if you have the same problem or even a different problem you call them and they come back.
Daniela (Dmck) used them and highly recommended them!

Once you pay, you are covered for the life of your dog. You can call anytime with question and they will either answer them over the phone or come back. You only have to pay once.

Re: Rudy's Doggie therapist just left
Seriously I am amazed. Rudy is different just in the couple of hours but he definetly So maybe thats why. I definetly am going to keep up with it. When Rudy went to petsmart to learn the basics I didn't keep up and that is a lot of the problem now.
