Runner's World
I have been reading this magazine for a few years and love it! I just read Octobers issue and a lot of the questions you all have been asking on this board are answered in this issue. Treadmill running vs. outdoors, training for 1k, 10k, 1/2 marathon and full marathon, tapering, diet etc.....
Just thought I would throw that out there for those who are interested.

I got mine last week...i wish it were longer - I seem to read every word too quickly and then I have to wait another 3 weeks!
I have been getting it since HS - it's my running bible
