Running Sneakers
What do you wear? Are Saucony Oasis Grid's a decent sneaker for running or not great. any recommendations would be great!

I wear Brooks usually. Go to a running store and get fitted properly.

I wear these also!!! Love them!!!
ETA: you should definitely go to a actual running store to get fitted for sneakers. They can determine the proper shoe for your foot. What works for one person may not work for you.

Definitely get fitted for shoes. Jack Rabbit in NYC is good and I'm sure there are other runnign shoe stores in LI. Don't buy your first pair of running shoes online without knowing what type of shoe you need. It really makes a huge difference.
