Running with Scissors... One strange movie
Anyone seen it yet? A good cast of actors but it was one strange movie...

I thought the book was better. Both weird, yes but book is better. Also, his followup memoir book, 'Dry' was also very good.

My friend and I went to see that opening night. She read the book and also read Dry. She was so excited to see the movie. She kept telling how great it was going to be and how it was the funniest book ever........40 minutes into the movie I look to my left and she is asleep! So much for best movie ever.

I read both Running with Scissors and Dry and I loved both books. I like weird stories like this though.
I was so excited to see the movie, and it wound up being really bad. I was so disappointed!

I'm pretty sure I read the book but can't remember one damn thing about it.
Halfway through the movie, we both fell asleep. We're not upset.
