He is gross and all, but that prank phone call was the best thing that ever happened to that family. Andrew Sachs is now on a major soap opera, he hadn't acted in years. That girl, well she was a dominatrix, and the publicity was the icing on the cake for her. He is just a real d1ck in general, that prank totally backfired on him. It cost him tons of money, him & Jonathan Ross are now censored (JR's Radio2 show isn't even live on a Saturday anymore, its taped) and the worst thing that came out of the whole incident was that Jonathan Ross (my favorite television presenter) has now lost his edge because he is so scared to make any possibly offensive jokes...
