I can't comment on George Martin. If you are looking for a fun trendy atmosphere Cabos has that, but the food imo is not that great. I actually really love El Mariachi's food. The atmosphere can be festive but with a more authentic feel rather than trendy
Have fun !!!

The food at Cabo is terrible.
I happen to love George Martins and the food is awesome too.

The only thing good about Cabo is the margaritas and the boobs on the bartenders seriously though.. Cabo is more trendy and clubby at night and gets super loud, and the food doesn't make up for that. George Martin is great food, a bit more subdued than Cabo. El Mariachi is not as fancy, but excellent food and good atmosphere enjoy!

If you are going this Saturday you will have trouble getting into Cabo or el mariachi because of cinco de mayo.
Of the two I much much prefer el mariachi, not as young and flashy but much better. Awesome sangria !
I have never been to George Martin ( only grillfire owned by the same people) but have heard very good things.

George Martin has amazing food, but it's not a party atmosphere. Its much more of a family place.
Not sure what you are looking for.

ITA. The food at George Martin is delicious, but I don't think it's the atmosphere you're looking for.

George Martin is the one I'd choose of the three, it's definitely the classiest but not really "fun" like Cabo would be. But the food is much better than Cabo or El Mariachi.
I'd recommend Kasey's Rooftop as another choice.
