Tonia couldn't run and keep up, but Tina had to be carried too! 
It was a triathlon, they had to swim to a boat and paddle it to shore (Tonia fell out once, it was pretty funny).
Then they had to bike 3k and run 5k (I think).
Jaime rocked - she kept up with the boys almost the whole time.

I was pretty glad that the good guys won.
I laughed at the end when Rachel said, I guess it just doesn't pay to be a bad arse.

Tonya and Tina talked big during the challenges about how good they were, but in the end they totally crapped out and had to be carried.
So glad the good guys won!!!! I thought it was good-sportsmanship on Shavonda's part the week before to lose the Inferno so Jamie would stay for the final mission.

The Good Guys deserved the win, I was happy for them. jamie did great.
Tina ***** - more than Tonya IMO because she was always ganging up on Tonya for sucking - now she ***** just as bad 
Honestly I cant STAND Veronica or Rachael.

OMG..YES. Gotta love how people take that holier than though stance and look down on others yet they are crap too!
