Do any of you ladies have any feedback on them? Which location did you go to? Looks like it'll be fun!

ETA: thanks for all the feedback! Anyone try the East Meadow one?

Re: Saf-T-Swim

We go to the one in Coram. Cole loves it. The instructors are pretty young, but the HS guy that swims with Cole is adorable and enthusiastic -- you can tell he really enjoys the kids. I think its going to be a long time before Cole is actually swimming, but its a fun activity and is teaching him the basic concept. It can be a little pricey though.

My friends liked the one in Commack (in NYSC). We just went to a swimming party at the one in Deer Park. The Commack one is nicer.

Re: Saf-T-Swim

Emmas been going since 14 months (shes gonna be 5 in June), Jeremys been going since 2 months and Lucas starts in May. It is the best experience for them to learn how to swim. At 2 yrs old if Jeremy fell in the water he could save himself. He is not scared of the water at all. It gets expensive but there is no price you can put on water safety

Is it a group class, private lessons or a mommy and me class for the ones that have their infants in them.

Re: Saf-T-Swim

I used the East Meadow one with my son more than 2 yrs.ago. Great experience. Pool was warm and enjoyable. Baby got used to water...he has never been nervous in the water. Met other moms.

THe only bad thing is getting dressed afterwards. We went in winter months, so we had to have hair dryers and all.
