SAHM's or moms of 2 under 2i need some suggestions

I just had my newborn and I am dealing with a toddler at home as well. What activities can you suggest for a 15 month old. I have bought him crayons he has his toys etc but he is so attached to me and follows me everywhere around the house. Right now he only loves watching the backyardigans he is obsessed with them. But i dont want him in front of the TV all of the time.

Can you get out at all if the weather is nice?
Parks, storytimes, etc.

When I was feeding the baby I'd sit on the couch and have DD next to me and we'd read books, play with the shape sorter.

I'd carry the baby and turn on a Sesame St or Wiggles CD and we'd all dance around the house.

When the baby was napping I made sure to spend all the time with dd.

I'd get DD involved in changing him (Can you get me a diaper? Can you give me a wipe?)

I wouldn't wait but that's just me. Keep her in the infant carrier and don't let strangers touch her.
You can always ask you ped. what they think.

I would try to take advantage of the warm weather while you can.

Walks
Trips to the Park
Raking leaves in the yard ( i bet you can find a small little set of gardening tools at TRU, even if you don't make any progress in the yard, just something to do)

Then in a few weeks you can start doing inside things.
Look into the library ---- this is the time to sign up for a lot of the activities. They have so much to do that is free!

Leggos or Mega Blocks. My DS loved and loves his Mega Blocks (we bought them when he was a year old). When he was about 20 months old we bought him a play kitchen for x-mas and that created a lot of excitment for him. Also, maybe one of those Leap and Learn Leraning Tables.
