Re: salad recipes?
- dried cranberries, goat cheese and slivered almonds. - top it with a veggie burger - ground turkey, salsa and grated cheddar makes a mexicany salad - grilled or chilled shrimp, lime juice, and dill - spinach salad, with bacon bits, red onion and croutons... - add hearts of palm, olives, artichoke hearts (all items I import, can you tell?? keep those sales up!!)

Re: salad recipes?
For dinner DH and I like to take a pork chop, bread it and fry it for 1 minute per side then bake it in the oven for 10 minutes. Then put it on top of a salad of red leaf lettuce, chopped tomato and thin sliced red union.

Re: salad recipes?
I like to put crabmeat in my salad its very low in fat and calories
sometimes I make a taco type salad without the meat and cheese I use taco sauce and grilled chicken and sometimes crunchy taco bits
