Thanks...my son loves his salami and I buy the Boars Head Genoa - have to check it out...
It said something about the cracked pepper BH salami, I didn't see any others but I could have missed it.

yeah - checked it out and only saw that pepper Boars head - guess I am safe...wouldn't want to throw awway my son's salami...hehe.
