Salary question
How much money would you want to leave a staff position for an administrative position?
For arguments sake say you were making 50K in the staff position.

Re: Salary question
It depends on what your losing. Is the staff position protected by a union??? How many more hours would be involved??? Where would this put you career wise in say 5 years?
If I could answer all of those questions in a satisfactory manner, I would probably need at least $15,000 more.

Re: Salary question
I'd change to administrative even keeping the same salary (assuming the benefits were similar). I always think there is more room for growth in administrative jobs. Like Asst. Principal to Principal to Superintendent...
