sandwich/wrap ideas

just thought we can share ideas...I want to do this sometimes because its sooo easy, and not time consuming!


I take a high fiber tortilla (mission makes a high fiber/lowcarb one) and I put salsa, shredded cheese and turkey pepperoni on it, then just stick it in the oven---its sooo good!

I'm drawing a blank right now, but one thing I do is take a menu from those kind of shops and try to recreate some of them.

I use those Mission Wraps and make the following:

1. Scrambled Eggs and American Cheese Wrap with Ketchup
2. Egg Whites, Turkey, Alpine Lace, salt, pepper and ketchup
3. Grilled Chicken Ceasar

I've also used them to make little pizzas and quesadillas.
