scared off the scale
Hi All,
I just got back from disney...it was a very non weight watchers week for me. I had ice cream every day!!!! Let's just say that I did not eat well. Now I am afraid to weigh myself tomorrow! Help!

Thats ok-you were on vacation. You're supposed to have fun and eat like crazy!
I managed to lose despite all my eating on my cruise, because I did so much walking every day around the islands! Maybe you will too!
Good luck getting back on the program!
