Scared (update)
Hi girls, I figured you guys would be able to help me out with this...I am 6 weeks 7 days, and yesterday I had scome brown spotting, which I read was normal due to things stretching out...well this morning I woke up with AF like cramps and a stomach ache....went to the bathroom and had some blood, not a lot, but two very tiny clots (sorry TMI) came out and then that was really it. I have some mild cramping now, and not sure what to do. This is the beginning of a m/c isnt it? 
Should I go to the ER? Or just wait it out?

Update: So DH and I just showed up at my drs office this morning, they fit me in almost immediately...anyway, dr. thought that I may have miscalculated my last period (definitly didnt). Sent me for a pelvic sono to rule out ectopic pg. Thank goodness my sister is a manager at an imaging center so she was able to get me in immediately...to make a long story short, doctor said my LO stopped growing about a week ago, and I should m/c tonight or tomorrow. I feel like I already did yesterday with the horrific cramps I was having, but Ive had very little bleeding. I am ok with this, I just want it to happen already and be over with.

it is normal to have some spotting or light bleeding, but I would definitely call you doctor this way they can do a sono and put your mind at ease.

It's hard to say. Hopefully you can get in to your Dr tomorrow to make sure everything is ok.
Spotting can be normal in early pregnany. I think the big concern is the clots. ( however, I have heard many cases of that happening in a healthy pregnancy).
Sorry you are going through this right now.

Thanks for your replys girls.. I actually went back to the bathroom before (DH and I were out), and it was as if I had AF...cramps and all. I called the on call doctor, and she said it sounds like I may be m/c to call the office and try to get in tomorrow! Not looking too good, cramping is getting pretty intense...this sucks

Thanks girls! Last week was kinda rough, just being as strong as I possibly can. DH was having a harder time, however seems to be doing better. I am ok with it (this time). Betas are going down, slooooowly, but I dont have to go back until Wednesday, so hopefully they will be at zero so this can finally be over. Thanks for all of the support.
