Scary day and night yesterday-UPDATE 6/21
Yesterday I woke up and had a feeling it wasnt going to be a good day. Well around 2pm they took my vitals and I had a fever of 102 then later it went to 103.6 The nurses called my DR and he ordered tylenol and they checked the baby's heartrate she was at 194 BPM. They kept checking throughout the night and my fever dropped to 100.3 but baby HR was still high. Then my BP went low and my pulse was running really high so at 3 am they had colp packs under my armpits and two different meds as suppossitories . finally after all that my vitals went to normal and baby went back down to 160s BPM. Apparently I have an infection in my body-they are trying to figure out what type.
It has been a long night but somehow I havent crashed yet. Just relieved my girl is back to normal.
UPDATE:6/21 11pm
So my Surgeon just left. Apparently I had of all things another clot formed in my infusaport line. We purposely did the port over the pic line for this reason. I started having pain earlier tonight at the site and when he went into the site with a syringe he pulled out a clot. Sadly I will have to reaccess the site tomorrow so I can get nutrition (we are resting the wound tonight so no feeding till morning) or get a traditional pic line which my OB doesnt like due to "clots". So tomorrow is a day of choices I guess as its clear both produce clots and I will need for another 10 weeks at least.

I should add that it is probably from the feeding tube since its a foreign body in my body.
