Scary Kitty Moment Today

I put DS down for a nap and as I was on the computer I glanced over towards the kitty condo and Sushi was curled in a ball on the floor with her eyes closed. This is completely odd behavior as she always tries to find a "safe" place because of our other dominant cat. I got up and walked over to her and she didnt move although she was breathing and her paw was moving a little. I rubbed her belly (which she HATES) and nothing. I then kinds flipped open one of her eyelids and she still didnt stir. Then I started crying. My first thought was to call my mom to come over and watch DS so I could rush her to the vet but I couldnt find the phone. When I finally found it and picked it up, I turned to look where Sushi was and she was just sitting there staring at me like I was some sort of looney I went to pick her up to hug her but she meowed at me and went in the kitchen and started eating her food. I have been thinking about the incident all day and it keeps bringing tears to my eyes...I really thought my cat was dying

one of my cats does that every once in a while...its like he goes into a really deep sleep, and doesnt wake up right away!

I'm glad shes okay
