School Day Hours NYC
for NYCDOE teachers,
can a principal decide to change school hours from year to year?
like going from 8:00-3:00 and changing it to 8:30 - 3:30?
is it something that he/she can decide on their own or does the staff have a say?

it has to be done through SBO i believe. thats what we did at my school- we changed from an 8:15 to a 8:00 start but voted>

I am 99% sure that it has to be voted through and SBO also. The principal can't just decide.
