School Secretary/Administrative Personnel Jobs...
for either in a Catholic or Public school (preferably in Queens)?
I have an Associates Degree and have been working in a Law Firm for 9 years (in October) and I wanted to see if I could get a job in the schools, so that when we start to have a family I would have similar days off and no commuting - that would be the best part!
And so, I have some questions
What are Salaries for a Catholic School secretary or administrative personnel?
What are Salaries for a Public School secretary or administrative personnel?
Are there any special skills that are needed for a school secretary or administrative personnel?
Would I have to go back to school, for more education?
How would I apply? How long is the wait list, if any? Would I have to take a test?
TIA

for most LI districts, you have to take the test and then you are put on a list.
