Didn't you say that your sellers were using the attorney I am using?
Because I know that my attorney had a closing in the morning that was delaying him BIGTIME. I couldn't even get in touch with him all day.
Then it hit me when the assistant told me he had ANOTHER closing in Great Neck at 3pm that he may have issues making. That was probably your closing!
Regardless... I hope all went well and you didn't end up waiting forever!

That is funny - we waited 5 minutes...He told us all about that closing. It was a commercial closing and it still isnt finished

Well its good to hear he didn't cancel yours because of that one. It seems like a lot of his closings seem to get "delayed". I hope its not because of him.
