Scrapbookers - please help!
I'm making these packets of "reindeer food" for a few children we know. This year I wanted to be a little "fancier" and I tried to make these tags for them, in the past I just punched a hole in a piece of paper and tied it to the bag.
I used a piece of cardstock that has glitter on it and is coated to keep the glitter on. I tried to use photo squares to stick the poem on, but they will not stick to the cardstock.
I guess I'll have to use brads? What do I use to punch the tiny little holes in the paper and cardstock to stick the brads into?
TIA! Cathy

Maybe glue dots would work - they are pretty strong.
If you go the brad route - you can either put a mousepad under the tag and push the brad through the paper or poke a small whole with a paper piercer (essentially a heavy duty sewing needle on a stick), just a heavy duty sewing needle, or a thin pointy steak knife tip.
Cute tags!!!

If you are set on using Brads, you can always use a paper piercer (or a pushpin) to make a started hole for the brads...lotta work though. get the glue dots. just make sure the kids don't get ahold of them!

I use these tiny little scissors I have to make holes --- they are nail scissors I think and I would imagine they work just as paper piercers do.
