Scrubbing Bubbles customer service rave!
We have the automatic shower cleaner and a few times have had minor problems with it. It won't seem to work now and we have tried changing the batteries. I emailed customer service asking if there was any way to fix it or something else we could try and we got a coupon in the mail for a new one completely free! No questions asked. Kept me happy!

Sweet! Mine is on the fritz too. I was actually thinking of replacing it with a new one. We tried replacing the batteries and changing the solution, but nothing happened. Thanks!

I guess this thing is worth buying then??
The few times it has been on the fritz you can definetly see a difference in the shower! We still have to really clean it once in a while but not as much as we would have otherwise!!
