Sea Sick?????
Dh and I just bought a bought a few months ago, and the last 2 times we went out I got so sick. The minute we dock I feel so much better. I have NEVER had motion sickness and dont have a weak stomach at all. I have been on boats all my life and never got sick. My question is besides dramamine, can I take anything?? Im trying to get preggo, so my dr. doesnt want me taking any dramamine, or those patches. I hate this, because I LOVE going on the boat, but the minute we hit the ocean I feel like Im going to puke. Any suggestions??

Re: Sea Sick?????
Maybe those presure point wristbands? Taking ginger also calms the stomach before a boat ride.

I had a friend who actually used those wristbands while pregnant because she had morning sickness that lasted throughout the day! She said that they helped- I think there's a magnet or something in them maybe. I would assume that they would be fine for you since she used them while pregnant.
Maybe see if drugstore.com has them? I bet any chain drugstore has them.

Check online, I'm sure you can find them easily. They are safe, nothing enters your system. I think it's really just a little ball that's attached to a wristband, and when applied to the correct area, the pressure of the ball addresses a specific pressure point that relieves nausea.

Also if you use the wristbands...I do, but you can also take GINGER PILLS. They are all natural and will have no effect on you. Wont make you drowsey and you can mix them with alchohol. I took them on the flight to St Lucia along with the wrist bands and I felt ok....no air sickness, which I ususally get. Also try to drink Ginger ale with them.
