We used Trotta Sealcoating last year and were very happy with them. Pretty reasonable.

We've used www.blacktopguy.com
a few times.

Cheap, and he's based in Massapequa Park.

can someone explain what this is? new blacktop? I am in the process of pricing out re-doing my driveway. Right now i have blacktop that has a few cracks in places. Should i bet getting new black top and then sealing it each year??

We had cracks and some worn out blacktop. We had them sealed but we dont do it every year. You shld get those cracks filled before the cold weather comes. they will get worse once moisture freezes in them.

ps: a seal is like a top coat of black tar.its heated up and spread with big brushes (like a broom) then dries in about a day or 2
