Second consecutive night of no sleep...
Mamas gonna go loopy...
I took him to the dr. this evening just in case he is carrying around the ebola virus or something...
The NP was like... Hmmm... well, everything is clear (ears, chest, nose - except for the everyday boogies he gets) so... just keep giving him Motrin. Looks like those teeth are pushing their way out...
NOT that I was hoping she would say "get this kid to the hospital ASAP" but I'm a little annoyed she didnt give me more information, but oh well....

Re: Second consecutive night of no sleep...
Sorry - I know ALL too well what you are going through. it's not easy, I hope he is good for you today and sleeps tonight!!
ETA: I just read that you are giving him motrin. I NEVER give Talia motrin unless she has a really high fever. It makes her sooo hyper...so maybe just try tylenol and you'll have more luck with sleep?

Re: Second consecutive night of no sleep...
I'm going through the same thing too. I really thought DD had an ear infection because she cried for a week straight. We brought her to the Dr and nothing. I was almost wishing the Dr. would saysomething was wrong but no. He said her top gums are swollen. She has two teeth on bottom. She sleeps at night but really has been a nightmare during the say.
DH and I are not big on giving medicine if it really isn't needed. We have in the past but so rarely. If I was to give medicine, I would choose Tylenol.

I never tried the Humphrey's, my neighbor uses the hylands all the time, she said the Hylands dissolve much easier. I put them in her bottle before she goes to sleep
