second trip to ped in 2 days

yesterday, DD was diagnosed with a double ear infection. put on omnicef. this morning, ehr fever broke, she seemed fine. arouind 5 PM, my babysitter called me that she has a rash. so i get home, she has a rash all over her legs and tush. its spreading as i look at it. i should say- its her first time on antibiotics. so, i call ped, and off we go. turns out, her doenst think it a drug reaction- shes not itching, and its jsut dots, not splotchy, btu he said to moniter it and keep benydryl in the house. call if i need him.

upshot is- i am really starting to feel for those of you whose db's are constantly getting colds/ear infections. this is only the second time shes been sck (had croup a few weeks ago) and running to the ped is not fun.
