Ok, so after looking at my poll results, it looks like a lot of you have paid less than $1000 in attourney's fees which means that the guy I met is not such a bargain.

Martin Gil Martin in Southampton is very good I highly recommend him, even though he is in Southampton he travels for closings. I thought he was very thorough and saved us money in the end. 631-283-1956.

You can either ask for Todd or Chris both of them are great their number is 631-264-0600. I believe they charge $950 for everything. Tell them corinne sent you.
